Party Vendors now have a one-stop resource for qualified leads from individuals looking to hire services for their special event. As a member, you may bid on all events posted on our site. PlanYourPartyOnline.com ratings and reviews section serves to  enhance or establish your reputation for quality service.

As a registered Party Vendor, you will be instantly notified of New Events posted by Party Planners in your Region.

How It Works:

• Create an Account 
• Post Your Profile, which includes your company contact address, web address, email address and logo
• Search Marketplace for Events in your Region. Ask party planners questions regarding their event using the private (seen only by the planner) and public message board (seen by planner and all vendors).
• Submit bid(s) along with a brief proposal.
• If bid & proposal is accepted by party planner, they will select you as the “preferred service provider”. You will receive an email stating this.
• Go to our site and “Accept” the event
• Proceed with the booking process (contracts, deposits, etc) directly with the party planner
• Perform service on date of event
• After event has taken place, visit our site and leave feedback regarding your experience

 Party Vendor Policies:

• For a limited time, Party Vendors may join for free.
• You may close your account at any time.
• You may cancel any of your bids at any time.
• By registering, you acknowledge our User Agreement.
