Individuals planning an event can save up to 70%
time on their needed services by using our free online
auction-style system. Users avoid the hassle of contacting dozens
of companies by allowing the professionals to come to them. This is
a money-saving service and there’s absolutely no obligation to
hire.
How It Works:

Post Your Event: Where? When? Budget? What type of
Event i.e Wedding, Bar Mitzvah, Sweet 16, etc. What types of
services you need i.e. Photographer, DJ and/or Caterer, etc. You
may select as many services as you need. If the service you need
isn’t listed, use the category Other and describe what you
need.

After you’ve posted your event, it will be available
to all service providers for bidding. Based on the information you
provide, professionals will then submit a brief proposal along with
a customized quote within days.

You may use the public message board to post
additional details regarding your event. Service Providers may also
communicate with you via the private message board. (Service
providers will not see your contact information, but theirs will be
visible) Please use the ratings and reviews to help make your
selection. You may choose to contact any or all of the providers to
further interview them about their services
(recommended).

Once you have decided on a service professional of
your choice, you will choose “Select Preferred Service
Professional” at the bottom of your Event Page. No obligation to
hire.

After making your selection, you will proceed with
the booking with the service professional directly. Review all
contracts before signing and leaving deposits
(recommended).

After the event has taken place, you will then
return to our site to leave feedback regarding your experience with
the service provider.
Party Planner Policies:
- You must be 18 yrs. or older to
register.
- You must be the person hiring to post an
event.
- When posting an
event, please check your spelling and grammar. We reserve the right
to edit or cancel any posted event for spelling or grammatical
errors.
- By registering, you acknowledge our User Agreement.
- Vendors will not have access to your contact
information until you have selected one for your
event.
